We understand that technical glitches can occur during online transactions. If you have accidentally made a double payment for the same course, we will provide a full refund of the duplicate amount.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund for a double payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. You must provide the following details:

• Full Name
• Transaction IDs for both payments
• Date and Time of transactions
• Screenshots of the payment confirmation

3. Non-Refundable Nature of Content

Please note that because our products consist of digital educational materials, notes, and current affairs files, refunds are not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded, except in the case of the double payment scenario mentioned above.

4. Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
